Together CTIA-The Wireless Association and GSMA LTD. (together, "we," "us," and "our" have created the StolenPhoneChecker, which users ("you") can access through our website. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us through our website and the StolenPhoneChecker.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Service" refers to the StolenPhoneChecker which can be accessed via our website at www.stolenphonechecker.org in which you can input an ID from a wireless device (an "IMEI") to a field in our website to check if the device has been reported lost or stolen by a wireless service provider. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
